Shipping policy

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:

Orders are generally shipped the same day of order using Canada Post or UPS delivery standard. A flat rate shipping fee of $15.00 applies to orders shipping to Canada and USA. Free shipping on orders over $150.00 for Canada and USA.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tender Living Farm is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We accept full returns and refunds up to 30 days after delivery.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at isis@tenderlivingfarm.ca  or call at (403) 808-3025 with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
